Get a Kluu, LLC wants every student, parent and educator to be able to use our website with ease. If something on our site is hard to use, we want to hear from you so we can fix it.

Our commitment

We work to make getakluu.com usable for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, captions or other assistive technology. Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

What we have done

• Text and buttons are designed with strong color contrast so they are easy to read.
• Pictures include written descriptions for screen readers.
• Every page can be used with a keyboard, and a visible outline shows where you are on the page.
• A "Skip to content" link lets keyboard users jump past the menu.
• Slideshows and rotating reviews can be paused.
• Pages adjust to phones, tablets and larger text sizes.
• Form fields have clear labels.

Ongoing work

We review our website regularly and fix issues as we find them. Some parts of our site are provided by other companies, such as Shopify checkout, our booking calendar and customer reviews. We choose these tools with care and share any problems we find with them, but we do not control every part of how they work.
