Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY
Orders ship within 3 to 5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding US national holidays. Delivery time depends on the items ordered, the destination and the carrier.

SHIPPING METHODS
We ship with the US Postal Service or UPS.

SHIPPING RATES
We offer free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more with up to 10 items, within the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. Orders under $100 ship at the rate shown at checkout.
Orders of more than 10 items, including school and group orders, do not qualify for free shipping. Please request a shipping quote at getakluu.com/pages/school-and-bulk-orders, email sales@getakluu.com, or call 949-274-3662 before ordering.

If an order of more than 10 items is placed without a quote, we will email you the shipping cost before it ships. You may pay it or cancel for a full refund. We will never charge extra shipping without your approval.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship at the USPS rate shown at checkout and do not qualify for free shipping.

PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order books ship by November 1. If a pre-order cannot ship by then, we will email you a new date, and you may cancel for a full refund.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

DAMAGED, MISPRINTED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it. See our refund policy for details.
