Tutoring and Counseling Policy

Thank you for trusting Get a Kluu with your student. Each session is time set aside just for you, so this policy keeps scheduling fair for every family.

Rescheduling and canceling

• 24 hours or more before your session: you may reschedule or cancel at no charge.
• Less than 24 hours before your session: 50% of the session fee is charged.
• No-show: the full session fee is charged. A session counts as a no-show if the student does not arrive or log in within 15 minutes of the start time without letting us know.

Late arrivals

If the student arrives late, the session still ends at its scheduled time so the next family is not delayed. The full session fee applies.

If we need to reschedule

If Kelly needs to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered a new time at no charge or a full refund for that session.

Emergencies

We understand that illness and emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as you can, and we will work with you.
